Our primary focus is executive search for board level appointments. We tailor our service to meet the individual needs of each client however the key elements in most assignments are:

  • Client briefing - to gain a thorough understanding of the organisation, the role, the type of candidate required and the reward package. 
  • Recruitment Process - agree in detail all elements of the process with the client.
  • Research - conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate briefing and initial interviews - fully brief interested candidates and conduct initial competency based interviews.
  • Shortlisting - meet client face to face to discuss and agree shortlist for final interview.
  • Referencing and qualification checks - check relevant qualifications with examining bodies and take telephone references on shortlisted candidates.
  • Client interviews - attend client interviews if required.
  • Offer process - close liaison between client and preferred candidate to ensure offer is accepted.
  • Follow up - regular follow up contact with client to ensure candidate is settled in the role.
